Tenancy Law refers to the law which governs the renting and letting of residential and commercial property. This law gives someone the right to use or live in a building or land owned by another in exchange for rent.

In North Cyprus, Tenancy Law is governed by the Rent (Control Act) 17/1981. There are two types of tenancy in North Cyprus, namely, Contractual tenancy and Statutory tenancy in which our team has experience in.
